Members have extensively debated this Bill.. there are many other issues to deal with.. there are issues of tremendous importance out in the country.. we all know how we are going to vote on this issue.. I want to get on to economic issues.. by taking the Bill part-by-part it will enable us to move at a greater speed.. we have all made up our minds.. let us get on with the business

Maurice McTigue – I am opposed to a situation where I will be required to vote on clauses within this part of the Bill which will substantially alter the structure of our society.. we have a right to be able to consider the implications.. I am totally opposed to the proposed action..
