Outlines Conference: Lesbian and Gay History in Aotearoa

Saturday 15 - Sunday 16 February 2003
National Library of New Zealand, Wellington

The Outlines conference was presented in February 2003 by LAGANZ in association with the Alexander Turnbull Library and Women's Studies at Victoria University. It was held in conjunction with the Outlines: Lesbian and Gay Liberation in the 1970s exhibition  from the collections of LAGANZ which was presented at the National Library Gallery from November 15 2002 to 16 March 2003.

Some of the papers presented at the Outlines Conference have been edited and collated with other papers on gay and lesbian history in New Zealand and published as a book titled Outlines: Lesbian and gay histories in Aotearoa. The book is available to borrow in public and academic libraries in New Zealand.

Programme

The Outlines conference programme (containing general information, schedule and abstracts) is available here for download in either Word or Adobe PDF formats.  It is 17 pages long.
